"I just want to start that Laura was very accommodating when it came to my situation.
I was just recently hurt and yet she was able to take the time to create a workout
regime for me to do at work that catered to what I want without risking making my
injury worse. She was always helpful in making sure I kept up to date on all my workouts
and was still motivating to keep giving it my all. I highly recommend using Laura for online
classes, but even more so in person if you have the time because she is just that good.
Even with a hectic schedule she still finds the time to get back to you with any questions
you have and give you the undivided attention that will let you know she's there for you and
she cares about your journey. She is definitely one of the best trainers out there if not the best!"
